We are now looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Services team in Stockholm!

Your Role

Clevry currently has a high number of consultants working on assignments with our clients. It is important for us that our consultants enjoy their work and can get answers to all possible questions regarding their employment through us. As an HR Coordinator, you will be in contact with our consultants, assisting them with various matters and answering a wide range of questions. In addition to helping our consultants, you will also handle HR-related matters for Clevry's internally employed staff.

In this role, you will be the most senior HR employee and work closely with Clevry's Country Manager. This position is an excellent opportunity for career development, especially for those seeking greater responsibility and wanting to grow into an HR Specialist role. Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the Human Services team in Sweden and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle for both consultants and internally employed staff.
• Organize, implement, and improve core HR processes in collaboration with the team.
• Act as a key person in administrative HR and employment-related matters, providing support to the organization and management.
• Manage negotiation processes during changes and collaborate with Almega and the union.
• Prepare payroll data for the payroll team.

The position is a parental leave cover expected to last until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension into 2027 and beyond. Clevry's office is centrally located in Stockholm, at S:t Göransgatan 66. We hope you can start the position as soon as possible.

Your Profile

• Education in HR or personnel science.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in an HR-focused role.
• Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.

As a person, you are open, meticulous, and pedagogical with an interest in HR and personnel issues. You are unpretentious in your work and enjoy both varied and sometimes monotonous tasks. Furthermore, we see that you are fearless and communicative in your dialogue with both consultants and colleagues as well as external contacts.
